Most of the ETC faults are a result from the input of the PPS ( Gas Pedal). If you have been riding in water over the pedal, you may want to take it apart and clean it.I checked the codes and they were 520276-2, 520276-12 which means that there is a problem with the throttle position sensor (1 or 2 Indeterminable). After checking the book the throttle position sensor is actually the PPS or pedal positioning sensor the 12 is Neither Position Sensor Passed Test and the 2 is Position Sensor Correlation Fault.If this occurs, your POLARIS dealer can provide proper diagnosis. ... Bill, Yes the G2 has a carrier bearing. I just recently saw in a post that the Polaris CV-Joint driveshafts still have a U-Joint at the carrier bearing, both sides. I don't think the carrier bearing has a grease zerk. But it has rubber seals on each side to keep water and stuff of it,yes disconnect the battery.
